We work with a variety of running clubs who compete at various levels. These clubs benefit by working alongside us to improve performance and aid recovery to difficult training schedules. At Glasgow City Massage we see massage therapy as an adjunct to your training, strength and conditioning and recovery strategies. We do not believe in seeing people “every few days or weeks” but we prefer to plan it into coincide with periods of hard training or to aid a flexibility/strength programme with clear aims and not massaging for the sake of getting a massage. We believe this optimises results and allows patients to receive the best possible.
